HR Data in my fake company

Today is the 3rd day of Dashboard Week (or 4th if we count Monday when we didn't have a task yet) and our task was to choose 1 of 4 topics and build a dashboard that answers a few business questions. I chose an HR dataset, little bit as a nostalgic tribute to my previous job at PwC.

What went well:
- I was able to answer all questions
- I find the result clean and structured (however if you open it from Tableau Public, you might have to change your screen resolution to pass to the size)
- I was able to create a lot in a few hours - something that was unthinkable 4 months ago :)
- I like exploratory dashboards that are interactive and provide the opportunity to users to click around - and this is definitely one of those
- I found an interesting extra question to analyse and answer

What could be better:
- Adding extra external information for context - distribution of gender, race, etc in society
- Showing more total numbers, not just procent numbers in order to understand how many people we are actually talking about per different groups
- Display total % numbers on every dashboard for reference
- Display an "Error" message if the sample size goes under 5
