Tobin Hardy

Tobin holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), alongside a BSc in Psychology from King’s College London. Throughout this academic journey, he developed a strong appreciation for data and the stories it can tell.

During his Master’s at LSE, Tobin deepened his interested in both the visible and hidden dynamics that influence organisations and the people within them. His dissertation explored the impact of COVID-19 remote working practices on Gen-Z career preferences, combining psychological theory with data-driven insights to understand whether large scale change shaped workforce expectations.

In his undergraduate studies at King’s College London, Tobin focused on Organisational and Economic Psychology. His research addressed aspects of the replication crisis in psychology through the development of an online study examining perceptual abilities of skilled versus non-skilled athletes. This work strengthened his analytical skill set and cemented his passion for rigoruous research and evidence-based conclusions.

Established within his education in Organisational Psychology, Tobin takes a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to consulting. driven by uncovering insights and hidden dynamics that enable data-backed decisions. Consistently looking below-the-surface to understand what story the data is trying to tell, as well as what isn’t being said. His previous experience in hospitality strengthened his communication and adaptability while his research-led academic training fostered a strong attention to detail and a curiosity for digging deeper into complex problems.

Outside of work, Tobin is a keen field hockey player, competing weekly for a local London side. He also enjoys cooking and discovering new bakeries around the city with friends.
