Sophie graduated with a degree in Psychology from UCL, where she developed a strong interest in data analysis through her research projects. During her dissertation, she used R to analyse perceptual data by modelling participant responses and examining how different variables influenced decision making. In her third year, she started learning Python, which further cemented her passion for data and analytics.
After graduating she took a SQL course, and continued developing her skills with personal projects focused on data cleaning and analysis. She enjoys this process of having a dataset and being able to extract insights that can be used to draw meaningful conclusions for.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys baking, playing the piano and more recently has started to play tennis.
