Jacob Aronson is a Data Analytics Consultant at the Information Lab, applying the diverse skill set he learned obtaining his Statistics degree.
During his academic journey, he found himself most drawn to data visualization, finding fascination in developing creative new ways to graphically summarize data to aid decision-making.
Jacob combines strong theoretical understanding of data principles with technical implementations to provide useful, creative solutions. In addition to Tableau and Alteryx, he also has extensive experience with the statistical programming language R. Previously, Jacob has worked as an undergraduate statistics researcher, a data analysis tutor, and a piano teacher.
