Elda holds a first class degree in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool, where she developed a strong interest in data analysis and problem solving.
After graduating, she began her career in the insurance industry, where she gained experience in business operations and process improvement. She later moved to Ethiopia for three months to support a local business with improving its processes and increasing efficiency. During this time, she recognised the importance of structured data and reporting tools to support better decision making.
After returning to the United Kingdom, she joined The Data School following a recommendation. By combining analytical thinking with an interest in design she taught herself Tableau and developed strong skills in data visualisation and dashboard development.
In her free time, Elda enjoys working out, playing chess and drawing.
