David Gandary is a data analytics consultant with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey, where he developed a passion for data and how it can be transformed to communicate insights effectively and solve key business problems creatively.
David then further explored his interest in data by enrolling into an extensive 6 month data analytics course accelerator at the London School of Economics which included a practical and technical focus on solving business problems using a range of data software and approaches.
This led him to land his first role as a data specialist focused on data quality, at a consumer insights company where he was able to apply these technical skills. However he wanted to take on more responsibility and be involved in the analytical process. This made The Data School the natural next step for his career, being the perfect place for him to express his passion for data.
Outside of The Data School, David is heavily interested in sports such as football and basketball. Staying active is very important to him and is always in regular attendance at the gym. As well as this David likes to keep up with streetwear around the world and fashion trends in general.
