Bianca Beingolea-Joseph is a Data Analyst at The Information Lab in NYC.
Originally from Costa Rica, Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree from Colby College, where she majored in Computer Science and minored in Philosophy. Combined, her studies enhanced her problem-solving ability and interdisciplinary agility. Through varying academic and professional projects, she has developed strong skills in quantitative/qualitative analysis and collaborative code development.
Bianca loves thinking about language and language technology; she views Data Analysis and Visualization as a sort of translation between data and knowledge. At The Information Lab, Bianca enjoys transforming data into dashboards that make complex information accessible and understandable.
Reading, working out, suntanning, exploring new places, and spending time with her husband all bring Bianca a lot of joy.
