Like most her age fresh out of university, Anuka was confused and overwhelmed as to what step to take. With an international upbringing, she knew she wanted a career that was flexible with plenty of opportunity for travel and creativity. Discovering the niche but growing (not to mention exciting) field of data visualisation, she was continually inspired by the data viz Gods and their blogs. She is excited by the possibility of creating data-driven art that is both beautiful and functional; revealing insights into the real world. When The Information Lab’s data school was looking for their next intake, she jumped at the chance and has not looked back. Anuka loves rock climbing, dogs and foggy mornings in the great outdoors.
